The SPEX Consortium brings together all the skills required to guarantee the success of the current project phase and to ensure the subsequent initial deployment of the service, if the Market Validation phase confirms the sustainability and appeal of the SPEX network and system, without the need to reshape the Consortium and to recruit new partners.
