Centro Cardiologico Monzino
The Monzino Cardiology Centre is the only example of an Institute solely devoted to cardiovascular diseases in Europe.
The CCM mission is research for Care: the CCM has been declared a Research Institute of Public Interest by the Italian government due to its belief that only where scientific research is carried out can patients benefit from the most recent and evidence based therapies. By agreement with the University of Milan, the Cardiology Centre is the seat of the Institute of Cardiology.
Physicians and facilities of the Monzino Cardiology Centre are dedicated to providing patients with the best available methods for the prevention and cure of cardiovascular diseases. Patients’ medical needs are addressed in reassuring surroundings, where physical and psychological comfort are the highest priority.
